WORK WITH ME

For Renters

Renters and Property Management...

looking to get matched with the right tenant or home for rent

Partnering with the right group of Landlords has helped me match tenants with homes. For those that want to avoid the hassle of fighting for access to homes while looking for a rental. Avoid competing with tons of other applicants to rent a home by finding them before they are even listed.

Here’s what they had to say…

“Blanca made the house search process so seamless & stress free. She was quick with recommendations and helped me find the perfect home for me to rent just within my range. She gives off the most welcoming vibe and was so eager to help. 10000/10 recommend!”

THE RENTING PROCESS

01
Pre-Screening

During this step potential renters  and property owners complete the pre-screening questionnaire to ensure they meet the basic requirements (e.g., income, credit score, rental history).

02
Application Review

This is the verifying phase. The owner and I  confirm requirements (e.g., income, credit score, rental history) all necessary information, including personal details, employment history, references, and any relevant supporting documents are submitted and reviewed.

03
Approval and Lease agreement

Once the application and background check are satisfactory, We can move forward with the lease agreement. Review all documents in detail and submit necessary documentation and deposit.

04
Move in walk through

If any repairs or fixes are needed, make sure to communicate them to the landlord or property manager promptly. You can take pictures of the state of the property for your records in order to start your tenancy with confidence, knowing that the condition of the rental property has been thoroughly documented.

05
Move in and Keys

Move in day! You can start enjoying your new place. I always recommend renters fully understand their rights as a tenant. I can give you a copy of the Arizona Landlord Tenant act to make sure all parties understand their rights and responsibilities. Be sure to reach out to me prior to lease ending if you'd like to explore homeownership.
